Train station was empty, 8th Avenue was deserted except for a few foolish straggler tourists. It hurts. All restaurants and bars were dark. Few bodegas and grab and go places still hanging on. The poor workers. The sick, the dying, soaring numbers in NYC – it’s overwhelming. It’s only the beginning. We are so behind, undertested. I will never forget the corruption, laziness and and indifference to human life of this administration. God help us. It does feel like a war. IM GLAD WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER. #nyc #coronavirus #covid_19 #coronavirusNYC #photography A post shared by Bill Buster (@bill_buster) on Mar 16, 2020 at 1:07pm PDT View this post on Instagram #socialdistancing . #coronaviruspandemic #trumpdemic #covid_19 #covid #coronavirusoutbreak⚠️ #coronavirusnyc . #washingtonsquarepark #washingtonsquareparkfountain #washingtonsquareparknyc #nyc #nycparks #nycviews #nycphotographer #newyorker #nycphotography #nycphotos #viewingnyc #newyorklife A post shared by Owen (@trumpportraits) on Mar 16, 2020 at 11:35am PDT View this post on Instagram As Staten Island and the rest of the country cope with the coronavirus, very few shoppers have come to the Staten Island Mall, where a handful of stores have already closed due to COVID-19. The Mall’s hours are noon to 7 p.m. this week (except Sunday).
